Photo Admin Privacy Policy

The short version
Photo Admin works entirely on your device, whether you use it in your web browser or as the Windows app. Your photos are never uploaded, sent, or seen by us or anyone else. There is no account and no cloud.
Your photos
Every photo you open, rename, resize, or convert is processed locally on your own device. Photo Admin does not upload your photos, does not store them anywhere outside the folders or downloads you choose, and makes no network connection that includes your photo data. In the browser app, photos are held in your browser's memory only while you work, and are gone when you close the page.
Location data
Photos can contain GPS coordinates. Photo Admin never transmits this. The optional "Remove location data" feature deletes those coordinates from your exported copies, on your device, before you share them.
What we do collect
When you buy the full version, our payment processor (Stripe) collects the information needed to take your payment. We receive your email address and order details so we can send your licence key and provide support. We do not receive or store your card details. See Stripe's privacy policy.
We keep a record of your email address, your licence key and your order details (order reference, amount and date) so we can send your key again if you ever lose it.
The browser app keeps two small things in your browser's own storage on your device: your licence key, so you stay unlocked, and your settings (such as your size limit). It also keeps a copy of its own program files so it can open without an internet connection. None of this is sent to us, and you can clear it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Like any website, loading the browser app means our hosting provider (Cloudflare) handles the request, including your IP address, to deliver the page. The Windows app checks our website when it starts to see whether a newer version is available, and the browser app checks the same way. These requests contain no personal information and no photo data.
