Who we are
Photo Admin is made by Prometheus Labs, a small software company in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. We build focused tools that do one job well, for regular people rather than enterprises. Photo Admin is one of them: a Windows app that renames, numbers, shrinks and converts a batch of photos, and fits the whole batch under an email's size limit.
How the app is built and kept current
Photo Admin is a native desktop app for Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit). The download is under 5 MB and installs without an administrator password. The app checks for updates on its own and installs them in one click, so improvements and fixes reach you without reinstalling. Every release is tested on real photo batches before it ships.
Your photos stay on your computer
The app runs entirely on your own machine. There is no account, no upload and no cloud: it makes no network calls that include your photos. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
Pricing
The free version handles up to 10 photos per batch, with no time limit. The full version is a one-time $19.99 purchase through Stripe; your licence key arrives by email right after checkout and works on this computer and any future one. There is no subscription.
Support, refunds and corrections
Questions and problems go to hello@prometheuslabs.ca; a person reads and answers every message. If the app does not do what you needed, reply to your receipt email within 30 days and we will refund you. If anything on this site is wrong or out of date, email us and we will correct it.
