The fastest way to reach us is hello@prometheuslabs.ca. A person reads and answers every message. We do not offer phone support.
Licence keys
After you buy the full version, your licence key is emailed to the address you paid with. Paste it into the app under "Free version". If it has not arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then email us from the same address you used at checkout.
Refunds
If Photo Admin does not do what you needed, reply to your Stripe receipt email within 30 days and we will refund you. You can also write to hello@prometheuslabs.ca with your receipt.
Technical help
Photo Admin is a Windows desktop app — there is no web version and nothing to log into on this site. For install issues, SmartScreen warnings and how the app works, see the FAQ on the home page.
