Common questions

Everything people ask before starting

Windows says "Windows protected your PC" when I run the installer.

That warning appears for any new app that has not yet built a reputation with Microsoft. Click "More info", then "Run anyway". The app is safe: it runs entirely on your computer and makes no network connections with your photos.

How do I get my licence key?

After checkout your key is emailed to the address you paid with. Paste it into the app under "Free version" and you are unlocked for good, on this computer and any future one.

I lost my licence key. Can I get it again?

Yes. Email hello@prometheuslabs.ca with the email address you used to buy, and we will send your key to that address again.

What does it run on?

Any up-to-date web browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox) on Windows, Mac, Chromebook, Android or iPhone. Nothing to install, and it keeps working without an internet connection once it has opened. A Windows app is also available to download for Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit.
